- The registration category differs from the World Bank income classification of your country.
- For Resident / Researcher / Scientist, to complete the registration, a letter or any documentary proof from the relevant department or learning institution must be submitted to confirm the status. The document should upload when registering online.

- Registration Acknowledgement will be sent to you via e-mail within a day.
- Payment by credit card is available only through the on-line registration system.
- All service charges of credit cards are to be paid by the registrants.
- The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.
Wire Transfer (Remittance in US Dollars Only)
- All bank remittance charges are to be paid by registrants.
- The sender's name should be the same as registrant's name. If the registrant’s name and the sender’s name are not identical, please send the copy of the wire transfer slip to the UAA 2020 Secretariat by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or fax (+82-2-521-8683) after writing the registrant’s name that appears on the bank remittance receipt.
- Appropriate payment should be completed within the right period of pre-registration. If you pay after the registration period, you need to pay the additional fee by wire transfer.
- Registration Acknowledgement will be sent to you via e-mail within three days.

Cancellation Refund Policy
Before applying for cancellation, please refer to the following policy.
- Please note that the onsite registration fee will not be refunded.
- Note that for administrative reasons, refund will be made after the congress.
- All bank services charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all congress registration refunds.
A request letter by email is required.
Any phone application will not be accepted.
- Until September 2(Wed), 2020: 100% Refundable
- From September 3(Thu) to September 30(Web), 2020: 50% Refundable
- From October 1(Thu), 2020: Non-refundable (including On-site registration)
Once the payment is completed, registration information cannot be modified.
